BBQ and Not for Profit Vendor Information

Are you a vendor, and want to share your tasty BBQ and perhaps share recipes with the event goers?  There are a limited number of prime vendor locations that are available on a first-come first-serve basis.  To secure your spot, you will need to complete the application and send the applicable fees.  If you choose to wait until the deadline to compete the application, many of the best spots may be taken.  There are many locations around the festival area, which will continue to be made available so that all who wish to serve as vendors may do so.

Non Profit organizations who wish to serve as vendors need to keep in mind that their offerings must not compete with the cookers.  However, feel free to sign up, and earn funds for your non-profit group or organization.

Rules are covered in the application.  However, here are some of the rules for all vendors to keep in mind.  Note that 20% of the gross receipts go to the BBQ committee.  This income serves as one of the primary ways of raising funds for an event that has brought thousands of people to the Festival.  Please note the fees are non-refundable, but may be applied to next years event.  All vendors wishing to sell food products will be governed by the Wyoming State Department of Agriculture - Consumer Health Services.  Feel free to contact the BBQ committee at wyobbq@gmail.com.
